The nutrient dense herbs in this blend can help ease anxiety, brighten your mood & ease the blues. With natural antidepressant herbs like lemon balm, St John's Wort, and skullcap this blend works to enhance nerve cell communication and reduce overactivity in the HPA axis (stress response system). Lemon balm in particular works to increase GABA levels in the brain, known as a “mood regulator”. Chamomile also helps to modulate the actions of dopamine and serotonin, reducing anxiety and depressive symptoms.


Nutrient dense “nervine” herbs, like rose & chamomile, are also added for their powerful effects on calming & restoring the nervous system. These herbs are also highly anti-inflammatory and great for restlessness & opening the heart.


This blend is great for depression, anxiety, burnout, and even emotional trauma. Often times, when we get hurt or experience trauma, we close ourselves off and become guarded. Rose helps by keeping our heart open and ready to receive. It makes us more willing to accept ourselves, others, accept love, and to accept help when we need it.


With a lemon balm base, this tea has a citrus-y flavor with subtle hints of chamomile & rose.

  • Add 1-3 teaspoons of this blend to 8-16oz of water. For hot tea, let steep for a minimum f 10 minutes. For sun tea, let steep for a minimum of 30-60 minutes.
